The program has been operated for the follows: The groundwater from the 2 monitoring well was sampling. The chemical analysis showed that the concentration of 8 heavy metals in groundwater was lower than the Groundwater Pollution Control Standards. The groundwater from nine monitoring well at Douliu Industrial Area have been sampling and analyzed. The results showed that Douliu #8 (P00482) measured 0.0265mg/L of tetrachloroethylene, exceeding the groundwater pollution monitoring standard of 0.025mg/L, which did not reach the groundwater control standard of 0.05 mg/L. The county’s 23 field-based monitoring wells and EPA’s 18 regional monitoring wells have been inspected and the internal function have been checked. According to the inspection results, monitoring wells were maintained, and ell monitoring wells were repaired. The well conditions of the monitoring wells were evaluated, and according to the results of the well conditions, 2 regional and 13 field-based monitoring wells were re-completed and 6 monitoring wells were excluded foreign materials. One monitoring well has been sealed, thus there were no more suitable monitoring wells in the county for the implementation of well-sealing operations. Totally 6 farmland soils were tested in Beigou town and the results showed that the arsenic concentrations exceeded the soil pollution monitoring standards. Sampling and analysis of 5 farmland soils and 2 ditch bottom mud near the Dapi professional area. The results showed the soil concentrations of 8 heavy metals were lower than the farmland soil pollution control standards and monitoring standards. Totally 7 gas station on-site inspection have been completed, and their soil gas monitoring well (SGMW) have been checked. Two gas stations were listed as the pollution B2 level III according to EPA’s gas station pollution potential category. The county now has a total of 2 remediation sites, 5 control sites, 13 7th article 5 sites and 2 groundwater restricted zones, and the project regularly conducts supervision and inspection of the site of the management according to the approved pollution site improvement plan. Totally 5 pollution sites improvement completion verification have been operated There were 13 cases of soil and groundwater people's sentiment and emergency response cases this year. The team of the project assisted in on-site sampling and analysis operations, and submitted the report on the results of the investigation within 10 working days. All regulated control tasks, declaration reviews, and administration assistances have been carried and fulfilled as the requirement of the contract. The plan completed the review of the first, second and third online reporting operations in the 107th year of the gas station in February, June and October this year, and both reported the records, analysis and review. The reporting rate and review rate for this year have reached 100%. The industrial area implements the soil and groundwater pollution remediation law 6th Article 3 to regularly check the soil and groundwater data and reported online. The online data of 7 industrial zones in the first half of the year and the 3 industrial zones in the second half of the year have been reviewed by this project. During the year, three review work of the contaminated soil departure disposal plan. Totally 13 of the soil pollution assessment survey and inspection data review work announced in Articles 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Law have been carried out in this year. The on-site pollution verification operations were completed in three sites, namely Shichui Gas Station, Kaimei Motor Co., Ltd., and Jingweida Technology Co., Ltd, and the verification results show that all sites meet the pollution control standard. The "Gas Station Regulations Propaganda and Declaration Practice Briefing", and the "Analysis and Reporting Practices for the Article 8th and 9th Regulations on Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Law" were held. Ten "School Storytelling Activities" activities were completed. Finally The work team has completed all the evaluation work items and is also set by the EPD. Performance appraisal methods, assisting relevant appraisal projects to achieve the best appraisal performance, the current evaluation points have reached more than 90%.
